Definately don't hear about emus for the PSX very often, but here is a team that has modded a PSX to use a standard PC keyboard through the serial port, and produced a Spectrum emulator to use it with! Not only has this company done this, they have also many other products based on other systems (most are for sale items, so I won't touch on those) but the emulator and knowledge to hook up your keyboard to your PSX is free. From the mail it looks as though it can be burned to cd or used with caetla to run it from your PC to the PSX. You also need the Spectrum bios and any needed rom images. You'll have to click through a few links to find the Spectrum emu, but I'm sure if your interested you'll get there just fine. Link: Double Dutch Designs |
