=> My name is Fabiano Lopes (Fx3), 21 years old, mathematics professor soon, alone in the dark :)
2) How did you discover emulators ?
=> I was surfing across the web when I found a site called "The Dump", which on that time, with
NES stuff. Well, the first time I see the keys "ROM images", well, they should be "pictures".
After some downloads, I solved that "puzzle" :) Thatīs all.
3) What do you do for the emulation scene (like , for those who haven't been following it in
the last year or so ).
=> Nothing ! :) . I'm the coder of Rocknes (a NES emu for DOS , based on xNes source)
4) What do you think of the NES scene ???
=> Pretty bad. Not much fun, with a lot of new info shared by a NES group, and the emulators
(advanced) are becoming almost the same, except my emulator, which is pretty nice to me.
5) Do you think Rocknes will reach the level of Nesticle or FWNes ??
=> Yes, in a far future. Donīt forget this is a non-stop project. A piece of my life is in the
lines of my C sources :)
6) What are you currently working on ?
=> Trying to release versions with less bugs as possible. Some fixes brings new things sometimes.
Currently, Iīm working on mappers and sound.
7) Do you plan on starting another emulator , or perhaps improving one that's released ?
=> Yes, a GameBoy emulator. Right now, it can only display ROM information. I must to learn
GB stuff first, and if possible, find a partner.
8) What is your favorite emu (rocknes doesn't count) ?
=> My PC is slow... but I love zSNES and Callus.
9) What's your favorite system and game ?
=> Hmm... Nintendo64, game StarFox.
10) Everyone is asking this , so , how do you feel about commercial emulators (such as bleem) ?
=> Youīre selling your soul. Well, I have no way to purchase Bleem! or any other non.br emulator
around, thatīs sux.
11) If you were sent to a desert island and you could only choose one between this three women , who would you pick ???
a) Lara Croft
b) Knuckles
c) Mai Shiranui (my personal pick)
=> I would like to select a "live" woman, from our world :P
Btw, hmm, not Mrs. Lara īcause of her gun (I could be killed!), and Knuckles... is this a joke?
Well, Mrs. Mai would be great, just for a time of fighting :)
