This combo can be done forever provided the clock doesn't run out—and you don't mess up. Do it on a friend to impress him (or piss him off). Tech rolling still didn't exist in Tekken 2, so no, you can't escape it that way. However, there is one (unconventional) way to escape this juggle, and that's by pressing d/b+2,2,2... while you're on the ground.
