Now here is a very neat pirate cart. It might not be a hightech new sonic adventures but its entertaining. Mario for the genesis! This game has a whole new feel but is still mario in gfx and in music however the controls and marios movements definately have a rescue rangerish feel to them.
The enemies can no longer be beaten by stomping on them now you have to either hit them with an object you pick up or throw a fireball which you start out with a limited number of and get more when you find green gloves. Other items include first aid kits to get back your health,gems for coins etc.
Old enemies and new enemies are all over in this game the first levels are remeniscent of the original mario or the mario all stars remakes but after those they get all new and new enemies and music.

Just make sure you change your tactics for fighting him and the other bosses from the older mario games or youle end up this way.

So in my opinion this game is worth playing cause its fun and the levels are kind of neat and before anyone bashes it keep in mind it is a pirate cart. All in all its a fun game to try out.
