Em·po·ri·um- n. A place that is an important trade center; marketplace.

Welcome to The Video Game & Emulation Emporium, the bastard child of an emulation and video game information web site. Some people won't consider it an emulation site because of all the console information, and not a video game site because of all the emulation info. The aim of this site is to not only provide a place to look up the most current and leading emulators for your system, but to also archive and post information about the console or game being emulated. This is not a ROM site or an emulation news page (check the links page for those), but more of an information repository. For those of you who are new to emulation, I urge you to check out the introduction page. For the others who have been to countless other emu web sites, I hope this one provides a little something different. By now, you're probably asking yourself, "what the hell kind of trade center is this?" Hopefully, a center of information and nostalgia, among other things. This site will have info on multiple consoles, their respective emulators, and (eventually) tons of game profiles and reviews. The emulators and games are all organized with their respective console. Hope you like the site, and be sure to drop me an e-mail w/ your praises, criticisms, flames, etc (No ROM requests or queries). This web site is a work-in-progress, so expect to see more systems covered and supported as time goes on.
